Processing Time

All of our products are made to order using 3D printing technology.

• Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Processing time includes printing, post-processing, and quality inspection.
• Custom or large-volume orders may require additional time. If so, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
